PT. Sentra Studia Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our learning management system (LMS). This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for enhancing the learning experience for our employees and customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the learning management system, including user account management, course catalog maintenance, and content uploads.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure that learning materials are effectively uploaded, organized, and accessible within the LMS.
  3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to LMS users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  4. Monitor LMS usage and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  5. Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on how to effectively utilize the LMS and maximize their learning experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to learning management systems, incorporating new features and functionalities as appropriate.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the LMS with other HR systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
