Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the project fulfils all contractual obligations to the client in a professional, cost effective and timely manner
  • Understand contractual commitments and assure change requests (scope verification) are handled appropriately (billable)
  • Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, partners, and customer team involved in the projects.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to other members of project team.
  • Work independently with very little supervision while providing clear documented activities.


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing or Education major preferred)
  • Must have strong knowledge of insurance business process.
  • Must have participated in technical solution implementation in Java / J2EE, Oracle Database, and SOA based technologies.
  • Strong work ethic as well as planning and priority management skills
  • Must be comfortable in driving conversations and conducting stand-up presentations to “C” Level, Heads of IT, technical, Functional, Operations and Business Units
  • Must be comfortable in working with remote teams offshore in different time-zones during the project implementation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills and business acumen.
  • Experience leading a team of internal and external resources.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
